Did I mention that I am having a $1 Garage Sale tomorrow-Sunday?
Here's the plan: Friday everything is $1 (like Dollar Tree), Saturday everything is $.50, and Sunday I am putting a sign out that says FREE- Take It!!
Monday morning I am putting everything out on the curb and Tuesday is trash day. I can't wait to get rid of all of that junk!

You go girl!
I hope your garage sale is a roaring success!
In MWC, we can only have 3 garage sale signs - they have to be purchased from the city and one has to be displayed in the front yard. Weird, huh?
In Norman, we can only have one garage sale sign. It must be purchased from the city and be in our front yard. Although people do it, you CAN be fined for making signs and putting them up anywhere outside your front yard. It's crazy.
I am a HUGE shopper of garage sales, but I read on someone's blog a year or so ago that you "make" more money by donating. I've found that to be true. I get a much bigger deduction on taxes than I would by selling things at garage sale prices. Plus, I HATE sitting in the garage all weekend waiting for people to maybe buy something.
I hope you guys feel better and get to have your sale next weekend!
